CSIT 102 New Student Experience in Computing and Campus Society (1 credit) Introduces students to the University, the Department of Computer Science and the culture of higher education. Students learn about campus resources and activities, the discipline of computer science, the hardware and software used in the discipline, careers for computer scientists, and development of good study skills. There is also emphasis on issues related to health, wellness, diversity, ethics, and a multicultural environment.
