通过对城市居民、流动人口出行特征和出租车运营特征的调查，研究了城市出租车保有量、出租车空载率与市民、流动人口周转量之间的关系，提出了以出租车空载率、有效行驶里程、平均运营速度和平均日运营时间为计算参数的出租车保有量确定方法。结果表明，该方法既能计算当前出租车需求量，又能计算未来出租车需求量，计算简单方便。表1，参7。
This paper studied the relationship between urban taxi quantity, taxi unloaded ratio and its turnover quantity of citizen and floating population by the investigation of citizen, floating population trip character and taxi operation character, put forward a taxi quantity confirming method, the calculate parameters of this method were taxi unloaded ratio, effective driving mileage, average operation speed and average daily operation time. The results indicate that this method can calculate both today's and future demanded quantity of taxi, it is simple and convenient. 1 tab, 7 refs.
