摘要近年来，一些研究表明，地舒单抗停药后有时会发生多发性椎体骨折。在此，我们报告了一例63岁骨质疏松症女性患者，在停用地舒单抗6个月后，骨质疏松症治疗期间获得的腰椎骨密度丢失60%。
Abstract In recent years, several studies have shown that multiple vertebral fractures sometimes occur after denosumab discontinuation. Herein, we report the case of a 63-year-old woman with osteoporosis who lost 60% of lumbar bone mineral density acquired during osteoporosis treatment after 6 months of denosumab discontinuation.
