We have used our results to make modifications within the exhibit that increase the attractiveness of certain conservation action elements. Once we analyze the results of the card sorts next summer, we will continue to search for ways to reduce behavioral barriers and help visitors join us in our conservation mission Acknowledgments Thanks to the Swamp interpretive team for their help and to Beverly Serrell who provided helpful advice for framing our approach to the summative evaluation.
