The genus Euphorbia is the largest in the Euphorbiaceae family with about 2000 species worldwide and is well known for the chemical diversity of their isoprenoid constituents [1]. The plants of the genus Euphorbia consist of 80 species in China. Some of them have been used as traditional medicine to cure abdominal pain, abdominal distention, skin disease, and paralysis [2]. Euphorbia is a rich source of diterpenoids with many different core frameworks such as jatrophanes, lathyranes, tiglianes, ingenanes, myrsinols, etc. In addition, sesquiterpenoids, phloracetophenones, cerebrosides, glycerols, flavonoids, and steroids were also obtained [3].Terpenes isolated from different Euphorbia species are known for many different activities, including antioxidant, antitumor, MDR reversing, antimicrobial, vasoactive, immunomodulatory, and anti-inflammatory effects [4]. Euphorbia glomerulans (Prokh.) Prokh. is mainly distributed in northwestern China and Central Asia. However, the phytochemical research of E. glomerulans has not been reported previously. Therefore, we elucidate the procedure for the purification and identification of seven compounds from E. glomerulans: dehydrovomifoliol (1)[5], loliolide (2)[6], quercitrin 3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (3)[7], 6, 7-dihydroxycoumarin (4)[8], 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (5)[9], 4-hydroxyacetophenone (6)[10], and enniatin B (7)[11]. Among these compounds, 1, 2, 3, and 6 were isolated from this species for the first time, and compound 7 was isolated from the genus Euphorbia for the first time.
