The method of synchronization of mouse lymphoma cell line, L5178Y, in suspension culture has been established by applying one treatment with excess thymidine, followed by one treatment with colcemid all in one generation. The degree of synchrony achieved by this method was found to be as good as those of other synchronization methods in other cell lines.
