实习是教师培训过程中的关键环节之一,是教师学习的良好机会。
The Practicum is one of the key factors of teacher training processes and a good opportunity for the teaching professional to learn. This article explains how learning to teach can be viewed as a double process consisting of socialization and gaining professional knowledge, such dynamics making up the Practicum. In this work the possible influences affecting professional socialization in the practical part of the training period are described and the changes occurring from the assumption of a dialectical perspective are evaluated. Research has shown the importance of the biography when determining a professional identity. There is a persistence of beliefs about teaching that prospective teachers develop in their experiences prior to training and these as used as a filter for subsequent learning. The contributions of various authors to the construct of the knowledge acquired by the teaching professional and the contributions of this research to the views and analyses on teacher training are reviewed. This work also analyzes the problems of knowledge base for teaching and explains the current debate concerning the knowledge of teaching and the knowledge for teaching, defending the need to recognize the contributions of both researchers and practical experience. The professional knowledge gained during the Practicum is a way to assess the confluence of academic knowledge, obtained from formal research, and of practical knowledge, obtained from experience. The complexity of learning to teach is evident in the Practicum, where prospective teachers are challenged to harmonize their preconceptions, propositional knowledge acquired in the training program and the practical knowledge observed in the tutor, while responding to the demands of the teaching circumstances they must confront.
