In this article the researcher is of the opinion that lately many reputed business enterprises are facing entrepreneurial succession’ as the most important issue. It has a direct impact on the enterprise performance and sustainability. It is a topic that continues to keep academicians and researchers thinking. In this paper it is studied, whether the entrepreneurial mind-set is a major factor in any business enterprise or not. Also an attempt is made to establish link between entrepreneurial mindset and enterprise performance and sustainability of enterprise.
