RESULTS.The water-perfused suits, which covered the entire body surface except the face, have been fully described elsewhere (26)Skin temperature from the four subjects in these experiments was measured from five thermocouple leads on the legs (3 on the posterior and 2 on the anterior surface) and five leads on the torso (3 on the posterior and 2 on the anterior surface).
