目的观察糖络安胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法将87例DPN患者随机分为3组，治疗组31例，口服糖络安胶囊0.9g，3次/d;对照组30例，口服甲钴胺片500 μg，3次/d;对照组26例，给予安慰剂0.9g，每日3次，疗程3个月，观察治疗前后证候积分、血糖、神经传导速度（NCV）的变化。对照组和空白组的总有效率分别为71.0%、60.0%和30.8%，治疗组疗效明显高于空白组安全性指标包括肝功能，治疗前后肾功能、心电图无明显变化。对糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of"Tangluoan Capsule"on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Eighty-seven patients with DPN were randomly divided into three groups:31 cases in the treatment group were treated with "Tangluoan Capsule";0.9 g three times a day;and 30 cases in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin Tablets 500 μg,three times a day;the other 26 cases were in the blank group,and were treated with placebo,0.9 g three times a day.The course of treatment was 3 months.Syndrome integral,blood sugar,and nerve conduction velocity(NCV) were observed before and after treatment.Results The total response rate in the treatment group,the control group and the blank group were 71.0%,60.0% and 30.8% respectively.The efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the blank group(P0.01),and had no obvious difference compared with the control group.The safe indices including liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram had no significant change between before and after treatment.Conclusion "Tangluoan Capsule"is safe and effective for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
