The article presents a case study of an 11-year-old girl suffering from abdominal pain in the left upper quadrant. Diagnostic examinations revealed no lymphadenopathy but abdominal examination showed a firm mass in the upper abdomen. The mass was nonpulsatile with no bruit sounds. A big solid mass in the upper abdomen and splenomegaly was confirmed via abdominal ultrasonography which led to the diagnosis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas. Radiofrequency ablation was explored.
