A method was developed for the determination of T-2 toxin(T-2) and HT-2 toxin(HT-2) in cereals by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS).Samplewas extracted with acetonitrile-water(80∶20,by volume),cleaned up by an immunoaffinity column(Bond ElutMycotoxin),and then analyzed by HPLC-MS.Both linear ranges of T-2 and HT-2 were 0.005-0.5 mg/L with correlation coefficients more than 0.999 0.The average recoveries at the spiked levels of 0.01,0.05,0.10 and 0.20 mg/kg ranged from 76% to 90%for rice sample,and the relative standard deviations were between 2.8% and 7.6%.The detection limits(S/N=3) were 0.001 mg/kg for T-2 and 0.002 mg/kg for HT-2.
