The article presents a case study of a 66 year old man with bullous eruptions on his palms having pemphigoid. Topics discussed include Thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC)/CCL17 levels reflecting the disease, being diagnosed with Bullous pemphigoid (BP), computed tomography and gastrointestinal endoscopy showing no internal malignancy, Cyclosporin controlling the disease activity and chances of elevated serum levels of Th2 chemokines being related to activation of Th2 cells.
