本研究的目的是明确780 MPa级钢SBHS700母材的疲劳极限和疲劳裂纹扩展特性。对含不同尺寸缺陷的SBHS700母材进行了疲劳试验,并与常规钢的疲劳极限进行了比较。试验结果表明,疲劳极限随初始缺陷尺寸的减小而增大,采用参数模型可以较准确地评估疲劳极限。从扫描电镜观察到的条纹和海滩痕的长度来看,裂纹扩展特征与普通钢基本相同。
The object of this study is to clarify fatigue limit and fatigue crack growth characteristic of SBHS700 base metal which is 780 MPa class steel. This study carried out the fatigue tests of SBHS700 base metal containing different defect size, and the fatigue limit was compared with that of the conventional steel. Test results indicate that the fatigue limit increased with decrease initial defect size, and can be precisely evaluated by usingparameter model. This paper also presents that crack growth characteristic was almost the same as that of the conventional steel from the observation of striations by using Scanning electron microscope and length of beach marks.
