The finite element analysis of tube expansion in the electromagnetic forming was performed. The electromagnetic field analysis was also performed by the finite element method to obtain longitudinal magnetic pressure distribution which had not been considered exactly. A better agreement between the calculated and experimental results was obtained. It became possible to consider effects of some parameters on the magnetic pressure.
