SiO2-Ga2O3–ZnO–Al2O3–NaF–Na2O glasses with different Ga/Zn molar ratios have been prepared by the melt-quenching method, and glass-ceramics have been prepared by “one-step” controlled crystallization. The crystallization kinetics, crystal structure, and fluorescence properties of glass-ceramics with different Ga/Zn molar ratios have been studied by DSC, XRD, TEM, and fluorescence spectroscopy. The single-crystal phase with ZnGa2O4spinel structure was precipitated in the glass-ceramics, and the grain size decreases from ∼87 nm to ∼6 nm with Ga2O3replacing ZnO. The prepared ZnGa2O4glass-ceramics can produce fluorescence emission in the boundary of 350–650 nm, and the emission peak shape changes significantly with the change of Ga/Zn molar ratios. CIE chromaticity diagram shows that ZnGa2O4glass-ceramics can be applied in the field of blue light display devices.
