本文报道了从短梗卫矛（Calotropis procera）茎中分离得到的两个皂苷类化合物，经化学和光谱鉴定，其结构分别为3-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基（1→ 2）-β-D-吡喃木糖基（1→ 2）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基（1→6）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基（1→3）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷]-3β-羟基羟基-12-烯-酸1和3β-羟基-12-烯-28-酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷2。
Two saponins have been isolated from the stem of Calotropis procera and their structures stablished as 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl1→2)-β-t)-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranoside}-3β-hydroxyolcan-12-ene-oic acid 1 and 3β-hydroxy olean-12-ene-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 2 on the basis of chemical and spectral evidences.
