Therefore, this study aimed to use administrative data to estimate the local prevalence of ACT-eligible persons in a large, urban county in the United States, to use these estimates to evaluate the existing guidelines for how many ACT teams that communities should develop, and to estimate the number of ACT-eligible persons for whom ACT would be cost-effective.
