The functional garments CAD technology is introduced. The hard technology and important part of the numerical simulation during the prediction process of the thermal and moisture analysis in a human-body-environment system are discussed. The heat and moisture transfer in a human-body-environment by a numerical simulation case is predicted, and the related dynamic distributions of temperature and moisture in the system are obtained.
