采用挤压铸造法制备了不同ZnO涂层含量的硼酸铝晶须增强2024Al复合材料。研究了涂层含量和T6热处理对复合材料弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:随着晶须中ZnO涂层含量的增加,复合材料的弯曲性能先提高后降低;对复合材料进行T6热处理,可进一步提高复合材料的弯曲性能。在断口形貌分析的基础上,研究了复合材料在弯曲作用下的断裂机理。
2024Al composites reinforced by aluminum borate whiskers with different ZnO coating contents were fabricated by squeeze casting. The effects of the coating contents and T6 heat-treatment on the bending properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the bending properties of the composite firstly increase and later decline with increasing ZnO coating contents of the whiskers. T6 heat-treatment of the composites can further improve the bending properties of the composites. On the analysis of fractographs, the fracture mechanisms of the composites under bending were also investigated.
