Investigation of Factors Affecting the Clinical Results of Arthroscopic Anterior Talofibular Ligament Repair for Chronic Lateral Ankle Instability

This study aimed to examine the factors affecting the clinical outcomes of anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL) repair surgery with arthroscopy for chronic lateral ankle instability (CLAI). From 2015 to 2018, 18 consecutive patients diagnosed with CLAI after conservative treatment for >= 3 months underwent arthroscopic ATFL repair surgery using the Brostrom-Gould technique.
