Integrated index construction and zoning of drought risk:a case study of winter wheat area in Hebei Province

以河北省冬小麦产区为例，以自然缺水率指数、降水异常百分比指数和抗旱性指数为基础，构建了综合干旱风险指数，并进行了风险区划。利用干旱导致冬小麦减产百分比和区域历史干旱发生频率，对干旱风险综合指数和风险区划结果进行了对比验证。结果表明，本文构建的综合干旱风险指数适用于冬小麦干旱风险区划，可为冬小麦干旱减产风险评估和预测提供参考。
Taking winter wheat growing areas in Hebei Province as example,and based on the natural water deficiency rate index,precipitation anomaly percentage index and drought resistance index,this paper constructed an integrated drought risk index,and carried out risk zoning.Also,by use of the percentage reduction of the yield of winter wheat due to drought and the regional historical drought occurrence frequency,the paper compared and validated the integrated drought risk index and risk zoning results.The results showed that the constructed integrated drought risk index in this paper is applicable for winter wheat drought risk zoning,and could give a reference to risk assessment and prediction of yield reduction of winter wheat caused by drought.
