We read with interest the report by Donaghy and Earl El] concerning 3 cases of ocular palsy preceding chronic relapsing polyneuropathy by weeks. We observed a 24-year-old man in whom ocular palsy preceded the other clinical manifestations of chronic relapsing polyneuropathy by years.
