Summary 125 I radioautographs were prepared from 11 brain tumors and adjacent brain tissue that had been biopsied several days after internal carotid infusion with anti-glioma- 125 I antibodies. Antibody localization, distinct from nonspecific localization, was noted in each of the 11. The radioautographs of antibody were compared with those of nonspecific brain-scanning substances including globulin- 131 I, RISA- 131 I, 2 RISA- 125 I, neohydrin- 203 Hg, and neohydrin- 197 Hg.
