The article presents the case study of a 64-year-old man with skin rash on his trunk and upper limbs. He had underwent nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma. In addition, he received treatment for high blood pressure. Physical examination revealed multiple red, blanchable telangiectasia distributed symmetrically on his back, chest, lower abdomen, upper limbs, and palms.
