[Research on composing principle of anti-phthisis prescriptions based on complex system entropy method].

目的用复杂系统熵方法分析抗肺结核方剂的组方原理。方法收集抗肺结核药方，建立抗肺结核药库。采用修正互信息、复杂系统熵聚类法分析中草药、核心组方之间的关联。结果通过对477例处方的分析，计算出各中药在数据库中的使用频率。利用复杂系统熵方法，从数据库中挖掘出36个常用草药组合和34个核心组合。结论复杂系统熵方法能较好地挖掘方剂的组成规律。
OBJECTIVE Using complex system entropy method to analyze composing principle of anti-phthisis prescriptions. METHOD Collecting prescriptions for anti-phthisis and constructing database for it. Using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster to analyze association between herbs, core combinations of prescriptions. RESULT Based on analysis of 477 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb in the database is computed. Moreover, 36 frequently used combinations of herbs and 34 core combinations are mined from the database by complex system entropy method. CONCLUSION Complex system entropy method is able to mine composing principle of prescriptions.
