A 49-year-old male complained of a swelling of the left submandibular region. Twenty years before he had received surgical enucleation of the left submandibular tumor and 5 years later he noticed a swelling in the same region. A CT-scan revealed multiple tumors both in the submandibular and the subcutaneous lesions. They were completely extirpated with surrounding operative scar and the remaining submandibular gland. The histopathlogical diagnosis was pleomorphic adenoma. There has been no recurrence for a year after surgery.
