Parameterizations of form factors for neutron and proton transfer in heavy-ion collisions at low and intermediate energies are presented. The results are used to derive simple analytical expressions for the transfer amplitudes which approximately satisfy the post-prior symmetry. The amplitudes are compared to another recently obtained expression as well as to more accurate numerical results.
