Assume that X is a normal projective variety over C ,o f dimension � 3, and that (X,∆) is a log variety that is weakly Kawamata log terminal. Let L be a nef Cartier divisor such that aL − (KX +∆ ) is nef and log big on (X,∆) for some a ∈ N. Then Bs|mL| = ∅ for every m � 0.
