Water soluble carboxylato-(1,2-diaminocyclohexane)- platinum(II) complexes have been synthesized and their mode of coordination characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. Preliminaryin vitroandin vivoscreening tests for anti-tumor activity of these complexes against L1210 murine leukemia were performed. The results indicate that this class of complexes have goodin vivoefficacy that can be greatly increased multiple drug administration.
