This paper presents a very small phase difference measurement circuit with a transimpedance amplifier (TIA) and a current-steering digital-to-analog converter (DAC) in urinary bladder volume measurement system for real time monitoring. Since the proposed TIA is composed of input transconductance amplifiers (TCAs) and feedback TCAs, the proposed circuit has high accuracy and low power consumption. The proposed TIA detects the phase difference by vary a transconductance of the input TCA. For varying transconductance of TCA, the low power current-steering DAC is proposed. The proposed DAC consists of upper 2-bit DAC, middle 4-bit DAC, and lower 4-bit DAC. Since resistances convert output current to voltage are connected to output terminals of DACs, respectively, current consumption of upper bit and middle bit DACs are reduced. Parameters of the proposed very small phase difference measurement circuit were extracted, which resulted in error of 0.0692% at 5 V supply voltage while consuming $709 \mu$W.
