The article presents a case study of a 41-year-old man who experienced progressive resorbed of the root of the second premolar. The patient was referred for a well-defined and unilocular y radiolucency evaluation. It has been ruled out that the patient has epithelium-rich central odontogenic fibroma (ERCOdF) which is one of the most poorly diagnosed odontogenic tumors.
