Two cellular proteins, 56K and 32K, are immunoprecipitated in association with SV40 small-t antigen using antisera from animals bearing SV40-induced tumors. Antitumor sera have now been identified that immunoprecipitate these proteins directly from uninfected, as well as infected, cells.
