The purpose of the Symposium was an in-depth presentation of new results in the theory, technology, and application of computer processing of remotely sensed data. In addition to the regular papers published in full, there are also included titles and abstracts of the short papers presented. The Symposium topics were: analysis algorithms, clustering feature selection, analysis techniques for forest and agricultural applications, water resources, image processing, computer systems, monitoring and evaluation of natural resources, and land use and geologic applications.
