The article presents the case of a 10-year-old girl who developed toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) after treating her fever with acetaminophen and commercially available cold medicine. TEN is an acute and life-threatening disease that is described by severe necrosis of the skin. It also requires visceral organs and proves systemic symptoms. Its initial symptoms include high fever, conjunctivitis, pruritus, and pharyngitis.
