本文报道了用过氧化氢酶和4-氨基-3-肼基-5-巯基-1，2，4-三氮唑显色测定d-氨基酸氧化酶和尿酸氧化酶的新方法。该方法是基于酶反应和比色法两个步骤的结合。本法测定值与二硝基苯肼法测定d-氨基酸氧化酶活性和紫外法测定尿酸氧化酶活性具有良好的相关性，重现性和准确度均较好。认为该方法可作为研究酶动力学和反应机理的活性测定方法。
A new method of colorimetric determination of d-amino acid oxidase and urate oxidase using catalase and 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole is reported. This method is based on the combination of two steps of enzyme reactions and colorimetric procedure. The values obtained by this method are satisfactorily correlated with those obtained by the dinitrophenylhydrazine method for d-amino acid oxidase activity and the ultraviolet method for urate oxidase activity and showed good reproducibility and accuracy. It is considered that the method can be useful as a method of activity determination for studying enzyme kinetics and the reaction mechanism.
