从海洋真菌青霉菌（Penicillium sp. F11）中分离到两个新化合物penicillone A(1)和penicillactam(2)以及17个已知化合物。新化合物的结构以及首次文献报道的已知化合物(3)通过波谱方法（包括1D/2D NMR和MS分析技术）进行了分配。并对其对HT1080、Cne2和Be17402细胞株的细胞毒性进行了评价。
Two new compounds, penicillone A (1) and penicillactam (2), were isolated together with 17 known compounds from a marine-derived fungus Penicillium sp. F11. The structures of the new compounds as well as a firstly literatural reported known compound (3) were assigned by spectroscopic methods including 1D/2D NMR and MS analysis techniques. Their cytotoxicities against HT1080, Cne2, and Be17402 cell lines were also evaluated.
