Duodenal biopsy is often used to confirm diagnosis, but this practice has not been fully evaluated.ObjectiveTo devise and test a clinical decision-making tool that can exclude celiac disease in a substantial number of patients referred for gastroscopy without the need to perform duodenal biopsy.
