从橐吾整株植物的提取物中分离出一种新的倍半萜烯，7α-H-11-羟基eremophil-1(10)-en-2-one (1)，以及14种已知的倍半萜类化合物(2-15)。其中化合物2~6和15为首次从费氏橐吾中分离得到。通过一维和二维核磁共振以及HR-ESI-MS等光谱方法对新化合物进行了表征，并通过将其NMR数据与文献中相应化合物的NMR数据进行比较来建立已知化合物。
A new sesquiterpene, 7α-H-11-hydroxyeremophil-1(10)-en-2-one (1), together with 14 known sesquiterpenoids (2–15), were isolated from the extract of the whole plant ofLigularia fischeri. Among them, compounds2–6and15were isolated fromLigularia fischerifor the first time. The new compound was characterized by means of spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS, and the known ones were established by comparing their NMR data with those of the corresponding compounds in the literature.
