ConclusionsThis report contains consensus recommendations on sequence and phenotypic analyses from HCV DRAG, a collaborative group composed of representatives from community groups, academia, regulatory agencies, and industrial scientists, all working together to improve HCV drug development under the aegis of the Forum. In the HIV drug development arena, a similar initiative spearheaded by the Forum has redefined standards for HIV clinical trials, 33, 34 facilitated the application of new statistical
