目的：研究掌叶大黄的质量，确定优质产区。方法：对甘肃8个不同产地的掌叶大黄进行性状和显微鉴定，并用高效液相色谱法对其进行含量测定。结果：不同产地的掌叶大黄在宏观和显微方面存在差异，其含量也不一致。结论：不同产地对掌叶大黄的外观形态和内部结构有影响，为推广种植提供理论参考。
Objective:To study of quality of Rheum Palmatum,confirm high grade producing area.Methods:Carried on macroscopic and microscopic identification to Rheum Palmatum of eight different Regions in Gansu Province,and carried on the determination with HPLC to its anthraquinone contents.Results:Rheum Palmatum of different regions in macroscopic and microscopic aspectshave the difference,and their anthraquinone contents are not uniform.Conclusion:The different production regions has the influence to exterior shape and internal structure of Rheum Palmatum.Provides the theory reference for promoting the planter.
