沿海环境和生态系统对外部强迫的变化很敏感;即使是自然或人为引入的小干扰也会导致系统迅速恶化。山东半岛月湖湾就是一个典型的例子。这里,泻湖入口被人为封堵,造成了水产品减少、潮池内水质恶化、原有生态系统崩溃等严重问题。为了恢复和改善此类沿海系统,需要进行跨学科研究,重点关注自然环境、生态系统过程和生物资源之间的相互作用。此外,还必须建立一个综合的管理体系来处理人类活动之间以及人与环境之间的冲突。为了进行跨学科研究,必须采用同步测量、科学家之间数据共享和公开科学讨论的方法。同样,综合管理(战略层面和运营层面)应充分利用科学数据和现代技术。要实现这些目标,必须对我国现有的科研和海岸管理体制进行改革。
Coastal environments and ecosystems are sensitive to changes in external forcing; even small disturbances introduced naturally or artificially can result in rapid deterioration of the system . The Yuehu inlet, Shangdong Penisitla, represents a typical example. Here, the entrance to the lagoon was sealed artificially, which caused serious problems including reduction of aquatic products, poor water quality within the tidal basin and collapse of the original ecosystem . In order to restore and improve such coastal systems, interdisciplinary researches are required, with the main focus being placed upon the interactions between the physocal environment, ecosystem processes and biological resources. Further, an integrated management system must be established to deal with the conflicts among the human activities and between the man and the environment. For the purpose of undertaking interdiscplinary studies, approaches to simultaneous measurements, data share among the scientists and open scientific discussions must be adopted. Likewise, integrated management ( at both strategic and operational levels ) should be undertaken in such a way that scientific data and modern technology are utilised fully. To achieve these goals, the existing systems for scientific research and coastal management in our country must be reformed.
