到2009年,政府公布了44个资源枯竭型城市名单。这些城市面临着环境问题、主业衰退、就业失衡等诸多社会问题。在分析资源枯竭型城市成因和资源枯竭型城市面临的困境的基础上,从政策支持和立法两个方面提出了资源枯竭型城市可持续发展的策略。
The government has released a list of 44 resource-exhausted cities by 2009.These cities are facing many social problems such as environmental problems,the recession of the main industry and imbalanced unemployment.Based on the analysis of the causes of the resource-exhausted cities and the dilemma the cities faced,the paper proposed a strategy for the sustainable development of the resource-exhausted cities from two areas,policy support and legislation.
