Cervical pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy (Parente et al. 1983), with an incidence of 0.15%. This disease sometimes results in life-threatening condition due to massive or unrelenting haemorrhage and hysterectomy are often required to prevent maternal death. With increasing age at pregnancy, many patients desire conservative and fertilitysparing management for future pregnancies. We present a case of a cervical pregnancy that was managed with hysteroscopic resection after successful methotrexate treatment.
