采用Licor-6400便携式光合作用测定系统对观赏植物狼尾草的光合特性进行了测定,结果表明:狼尾草叶片净光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线,无午休现象,净光合速率峰值为21.8μ molCO 2 m-2s-1,出现在13:00左右,峰值为21.8μ molCO 2 m-2s-1,峰值为21.8μ molCO 2 m-2s-2,峰值为21.8光饱和点为1200μmolm~(-2)s~(-1),光补偿点为15μmolm~(-2)s~(-1),表观量子效率为0.05743; CO_2饱和点为600μmolmol~(-1),CO_2补偿点约为5μmolmol~(-1)。羧化效率为0.2349。这些数据表明苦豆子具有典型的C4植物的光合特性。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Pennisetum alopecuroides L.Spreng selected for ornamental culture were measured with the Licor-6400 portable photosynthesis system.The results showed that daily variation of net photosynthetic rate in leaves presented a single peak curve,no midday depression.The peak value of the net photosynthetic rate was 21.8μmol CO_2m~(-2)s~(-1), occurred at 13:00.Light saturation point was 1200μmolm~(-2)s~(-1),light compensation point was 15μmolm~(-2)s~(-1),and apparent quantum efficiency was 0.05743.CO_2 saturation point was 600μmolmol~(-1),and CO_2 compensation point was about 5μmolmol~(-1),and carboxylation efficiency was 0.2349.All the data of showed that P.alopecuroides owed photosynthetic characteristics of a typical C4 plant.
