Ageing is the inevitable course of human evolution while Aged diseases occur. Imformation show that the rate of aged diseases occuring is positive relationship to the degree of ageing. Ageing is the basis of aged diseases. Insufficiency of QI and XUE is the basis of ageing and pathology of aged diseases occuring. Phlegm and blood stasis are the inevitabe product of ageing and also the important factors leading to aged diseases occuring. Aged diseases will be prevented or reduced by psychological regulation and equitable food and dringing and appvopriate medicine taking.
