背景/目的：阑尾炎患儿的死亡率是由于诊断晚或阑尾切除术阴性所致。方法：对近5年来1,170例4 ~ 15岁腹痛疑诊急性阑尾炎的患儿进行前瞻性分析。组1（734例）为阑尾炎患者，组2（436例）为非阑尾炎患者。对所有临床和研究参数进行多元线性Logistic回归分析，得到包含8个变量的诊断评分模型。
Background/Purpose: Morbidity in children treated with appendicitis results either from late diagnosis or negative appendectomy. A Prospective analysis of efficacy of Pediatric Appendicitis Score for early diagnosis of appendicitis in children was conducted,Methods: In the last 5 years, 1,170 children aged 4 to 15 years with abdominal pain suggestive of acute appendicitis were evaluated prospectively. Group 1 (734) were patients with appendicitis and group 2 (436) nonappendicitis.
