在连续退火过程中，带钢张力是决定连续退火生产线能否稳定、快速工作的重要因素。建立了带钢张力仿真系统，由基于动态模型的张力仿真软件和控制系统仿真软件组成。利用实际数据进行了仿真实验，实验结果证明了仿真系统的有效性。
In continuous annealing process, strip tension is an important factor that decides whether the continuous annealing line works steadily and promptly or not. The simulation system for strip tension which consists of the tension simulation software based on the dynamic model and the simulation software for control system was established. Simulation experiments were carried out using the actual data, and experimental results illustrate the efficiency of the simulation system.
