Eyebrow ptosis is a persistent symptom in patients with facial palsy. Spontaneous restoration of the paralyzed temporal branch of the facial nerve is not expected, especially in elderly patients. Herein, we describe an internal suspension technique using the subperiosteal pulling stitch with an anchoring device for the treatment of eyebrow ptosis in facial palsy.
