We developed a laser radar system capable of high-speed, high resolution three-dimensional imaging. The speed of an existing system was improved by a 4-GHz bandwidth oscillator with high-speed frequency sweeping. In this paper, we demonstrated the proposed imaging system and its high resolution of 3.75 cm.
